Question: "I would like to order the hand painted item in the photos, which option do I select?"

Answer: Please be sure to select the "Hand Painted" option in the color drop down menu to ensure that you receive the hand painted item displayed in the photos. Otherwise, it till arrive in the color of filament selected.

Question: "I would like to paint this myself, what color do you suggest?"

Answer: Black or Grey if you are planning to paint using darker colors. White if you are planning on painting with brighter colors. 

Question: "I have a set of larger dice than the standard 20 mm dice, can you increase the size or scaling of my item?"

Answer: Absolutely! Please just reach out to us with the size of the dice you are using and we can accommodate your request accordingly.

Question: "My item got damaged during shipping, can I please exchange it?"

Answer: Absolutely! Sometimes accidents will happen during shipping, please just simply reach out to us and provide any photos of the damaged item so we can file a claim with the shipping provider. In the meantime, we will provide you a replacement or refund your money. Please note this must be done within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.

Question: "Do you provide custom 3D Printing Services?"

Answer: Yes, with TTRPG specific items, Cosplay, Miniatures and some other requests. However, the minimum starting order value will be $50 and it will depend on both the size and complexity of the request. Please provide as much detailed information as possible up front, including measurements, color(s), and any additional items in your request. Please Note: We have the right to reject any request that we may consider to be a dangerous item or represents potential liability.
